We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your move date to ensure availability, especially on weekends.
How long is the rental period?
All packages include a 2-week rental. Need more time? Extensions are easy — rates vary by package and are listed on each plan.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup 7 days a week throughout the NKY and Greater Cincinnati area.
What if a bin gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Significant damage may incur a replacement fee, but we'll always discuss it with you first.
Can I add more bins after booking?
Absolutely. Just let us know before your delivery date and we'll adjust your order.
